Here are some of the answers:

1. After long consultations with major companies in the CEE, a decision was made to organize a separate industry exhibition devoted to Central and Eastern Europe(CEE). Prague is in the center of Europe, offering equal opportunities for those from Eastern and Western Europe to visit the exhibition. In May guest accommodations are plentiful and there variety of hotels in all categories. The transportation system in Prague is excellent and the trip from any hotel in the city to the exhibition will not be a problem for any guest of ReEurope.

2. This is an inaugural year, and our focus is on building a quality event that can grow at the same pace as this rapidly developing region. We anticipate approximately 100 companies to exhibit and attendance to be more than 3,000 individual registrations.

3. The three hotels offer everything for both a successful business trip and recreation. The four-star Hotel Duo is closest to the PVA expo ground and is the most economical one. The other two hotels are luxury five-star hotels, situated in the center of Prague; however, the proximity to the Metro stations makes them convenient to the Expo, as well as the center of the city or the Old City, where you can enjoy the nightlife.

4. The most convenient way of transportation is to use metro line C (the red line). If you are staying at a hotel in the center of Prague, simply go to the last stop, Ladvi, (15 minutes ride), and from there it is a 5 minute, 5 Euro ride by taxi or a shuttle, Or you can get on one of the numerous buses traveling from Ladvi to the PVA.
If you are in a hotel situated near metro line B, your destination will be the station Vysocanska, from where you can take a shuttle – free bus # 758 – to reach the PVA.
In 2008 metro line C will expand to have its last station situated just 100 meters (300 feet) from the PVA.

5. There will be an official dinner. It will be a dinner cruise along the Valtava river that will offer marvelous night views of  Prague as well as networking opportunities with the VIP  of the Central and Eastern European industry. Look for more details on our Web site. Seats will be restricted so advise booking online promptly.

6. Official languages will be English and Czech, however, if there are more visitors from another CEE country for a seminar, the seminar will be in English and in the language of the majority of the visitors.

7. There isn’t an event, organized by RechargEast without the fabulous "The Fastest RechargEast" competition The conditions are the same: After a bottle of red or white wine, the masters of the CEE will prove their professionalism. Many people may be able to assemble and disassemble a cartridge, but only masters can do it after they have drunk a bottle of wine. Prizes will be big and provided by different exhibitors. There are only 20 places so don’t miss your chance for a little extra notoriety in the industry!

8. If we were you, we would plan the program in the following way:

May 14 – Arrive and rest in your hotel room, as you will not have this chance again for a few days!
May 15 – Participation in the "Owners and Exhibitors Only!" event. Don’t miss this wonderful banquet and networking opportunity.
May 16 – Exhibition and participation in an official dinner and a party along the Valtava river.
May 17 – Exhibition, and in the evening you may choose to join some of the hospitality events that will be held by several companies.
May 18 – Last day of the exhibition. After three nights of festive occasions, the most reasonable thing would be a light supper and long sleep.
May 19 – A day 100 percent devoted to Prague. Start with a bus tour from the center of the city. In 1-2 hours you will be shown the best landmarks of the city. You should mark the most interesting places and after a nice lunch, take your camera, and visit those places you liked the most. Do not worry if you do not manage to visit all of them, as it is not possible. After 6 p.m. you may cure your homesickness with Czech beer in some of the exotic restaurants of the Old City. Trust us, the beer will cure the strongest homesickness!
May 20 - A Day 100 percent devoted to Prague. Continue with your sightseeing list. We strongly recommend booking an hour for a concert in one of the famous churches of the Old City. Then we recommend you a walk along Karluv bridge. When you reach the other side of the bridge, we advice you to find another place to drown your sorrows at thought that you have not visited Prague sooner.
May 21 – Take the plane to Moscow for the second part of "RechargEast Expo Marathon." There you will have another 3-4 days of activity, and you will be ready to go back to your families. The difference between this business trip and the previous ones will be that there will be no need to pretend that you are tired, because this time you will really be tired but happy, as you will have seen two beautiful cities and you will have taken part in two useful exhibitions.

9. At this stage we plan the exhibition to be in Prague every year. Prague has always been a symbol of the union between West and East. The city is accessible for all CEE countries; a lot of people speak English, German and French; there are a lot of hotels and a lot of opportunities for entertainment as well as business. In recent years Central Europe and, gradually, Eastern Europe have become very attractive for investors, and a lot of Western companies actively seek partners from CEE. The Czech Republic is a nice example of the efficiency of this trend and continues to attract investments.
